Earn $1,000 Per Sale

Contenza Properties is looking for an energetic and charismatic individual who is ready to hit the phones!

You’ll be speaking with homeowners with the purpose of finding out if they or anyone they know is interested in selling their home.

You will also be educating the homeowners on the type of properties Contenza buys, the process of working with Contenza Properties, and how they can earn some extra cash with Contenza’s referral program.

Requirements:

• You must be personable, energetic, and charismatic.

• Develop a deep understanding of Contenza Properties and the services we provide.

• Be able to discuss the benefits Contenza Properties offers homeowners fluently.

• Feel comfortable sharing information on how Contenza’s referral program works.  

• Must have sales experience. 

• Experience in real estate and sales is a big plus. 

You’ll be given a list of phone numbers you’ll have to call, a simple script to follow, and easy instructions for working within our system. Your primary goal will be to gather some basic information on the property, educate the homeowner about Contenza Properties, and get an appointment set up for Ashley or Jordan to give them a call to discuss the next steps.

The Telemarketer position is a commission based job. You will be paid $1,000 for each deal Contenza closes from your calls.

There's no payout limit, so the more results you see, the more you will earn!
